PROJECT PROMPT:
To design a rechargeable handheld fan and dock system.
The fan element needs to fit in the hand of a 5th percentile woman as well as the 95th percentile man. The fan will need to work both docked and undocked.
The second element is the fan dock. This dock needs to be stable on a flat, level surface as well as on an irregular, mostly level surface.
